Trading Skills Navigator

trading-skills-navigator

Recommend the right trading workflow, skillset, API profile, and setup path from a natural-language goal. Use this as the on-ramp when a user expresses a trading or investing goal and needs to know which skill/workflow to use, where to start, or whether something works without paid API keys — e.g. "where do I start", "which skill should I use", "I want to swing trade only when the market is favorable", "what works without API keys", "どれを使えばいい", "API キー無しで 使えるものは". Routes and explains only; it never executes trades or auto-runs other skills, and it is honest when no workflow has shipped yet.

Install

Research and analysis tools, not financial advice. Some workflows use optional FMP, FINVIZ Elite or Alpaca accounts; the repo's five-skill starter path needs no API key. Open the repository

Run this in your project folder. It works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and dozens of other agents.

Needs Node.js. Add -g to install for every project, or -a claude-code to skip the agent picker.

How to use Trading Skills Navigator

Once it's installed, Claude reads this skill on its own whenever a request matches what it's for, so you don't have to mention it by name. In Claude Code you can also run it directly by typing /trading-skills-navigator.

It includes scripts that Claude may run on your computer, so skim them on GitHub before you install.
