The one-command first-pass edit. Takes footage from raw video/, transcribes it, cuts retakes and dead air while keeping a natural vlog rhythm, keeps B-roll, and builds the timeline in the open DaVinci Resolve project (footage in bins, a copy of the creator's template timeline, markers, zoom, grade, audio normalize). Use for "/edit-video", "edit the new video", "do it", or follow-up changes to a cut.
Install
Run this in your project folder. It works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and dozens of other agents.

How to use Edit Video
Once it's installed, Claude reads this skill on its own whenever a request matches what it's for, so you don't have to mention it by name. In Claude Code you can also run it directly by typing /edit-video.
